Etnadolce
Etnadolce produces since 1987 " Frutta di Martorana " , more commonly known as Marzipan , one of the oldest and well-known products of traditional Sicilian pastry . Marzipan is produced by our craftsmen with natural ingredients and carefully selected .
As tradition dictates , almonds , a fundamental ingredient of this product are pounded in a mortar with the sugar mixture is handled by experts in order to obtain the desired shapes and then hand painted and decorated one by one. Every single fruit or subject arises then by working absolutely still manual and craft .
Etnadolce is located in the province of Catania, in a village on the slopes of Etna , which offers a picturesque setting that has always inspired the creativity of our craftsmen.
Among our products you will also find the famous Nougats , pieces of soft nougat covered with fine chocolate , and the Almond Milk sweet and refreshing drink , and an infinite variety of sweets made with almonds .
