The firm Mancin was born in 1983, in the delta of the river Po, by Mr. Martino De Agostini’s will to perpetuate the ancient tradition of marinating fish, a method that founded its origins in the preserving of anchovies and of famous eels. Developed on a family level, the firm has with the passing of time grown and, while keeping its peculiar features of flexibility, organized in order to offer to the modern market the right guarantees of healthiness and hygiene of the product.
Today the firm, leaded with professionalism by Marco, Michele and Fabio, employs 60 employees and can yearly process 1200 tons of raw materials of different fish species coming from around the world and quickly supply both national and international market. The mission of the firm Mancin is offering fish products preserved with traditional method, paying attention to the different demands of consumers, and thus obtaining a remarkable place in modern distribution, catering and specialized channels.
